Hands Of Our Community is not created as end itself, it is created to serve community at large. It wants to achieve other ends and objectives such as to advocate young people behind the culture of skill development to develop young people in order to terminate the cycle of poverty,dependece,unemployement ect ect. Young people are unemployed and most of them have no matric,some fail the matric and

some did not even went to matric becouse of different reasons.But these young people have different skills to posse within their communities by doing positive thing around their communities. HOOC will find piece jobs for young people within their communities and then the young people that we are calling them community servers will perform the available duties.This helps young people to be responsible in their communities and also the wealth of their communities will remain in their communities.In our communities you will find that young people standing next to shops and asking money and they will spend it with out thinking becouse they did not sweat for it but when they perform something for it atleast they will think twice before spending it badly. The project also opens doors for young people to be exposed to work field as we have some of our young people now in contract and permanet positions in other companies and that is one of the things that we want and we also want to see some going to futher their studies becouse that is crucial to us.
