We are led by Mr Brendon Kassel, who has been an admitted attorney since 2009 and who specialises in such recoveries. During his career he discovered that the current avenue for collecting debts was too costly and too convoluted, particularly with regards to individuals and s
mall businesses who largely have smaller debtors. We strive to provide simplicity and a concise fee structure to enable a creditor to know exactly whether a debt is worth pursuing and how. Our brochures detail this, eliminating the need for costly consultations, and our staff are always on hand to discuss any issues that are more complex. We also handle other types of recoveries depending on the nature of the debt. In addition, we also offer other legal services in different areas of law in an attempt to provide a holistic legal approach for all our clients.
