Bester Naidoo Turner Incorporated is a new and innovative conveyancing firm. Our fixed-fee conveyancing model is a first in South Africa.

At BNT we have structured our business around our unique Fixed-Fee conveyancing model, which means our R19,999 Attorney fees includes all the legal work required to ensure a successful property transfer takes place. Our practice was founded on the belief that buyers and sellers do not need to experience the frustrations and the high costs associated with the conveyancing process. Our three foundin

g partners (Strini Naidoo, Brandell Turner and Hennie Bester) decided to come together and build on their combined 50+ years of experience in the legal profession to develop a new way of conveyancing built on transparency, accountability and affordability. Where many conveyancing attorneys charge a percentage of the purchase price as well as various disbursements, at BNT we charge you a fixed R19 999 amount (including VAT) to cover for all expenses related to the transfer. The other two statutory (mandatory) fees are:
1. Transfer duty fee (payable to SARS)
2. Deeds office registry fee (payable to the Deeds office). These fees vary depending on the value of the property.
