Ons benodig ʼn boekhouer/kantoorbestuurder vir 'n groep van besighede wat, onder andere, bestaan uit eiendomsbesighede en 'n regspraktyk.

U sal nou saamwerk met die bestuurslede en direkteur/e en hulle ook bystaan op 'n deurlopende basis.

Die suksesvolle kandidaat moet oor, onder andere, die volgende beskik:

• nagraadse diploma of graad in boekhouding
• 4+ jaar ondervinding van boekhouding en kantoorbestuur
• deeglike kennis en insig in boekhouding tot en met proefbalans-vlak. U moet bv. leningsrekeninge tussen entiteite en joernale verstaan. U moet 'n ouditlegger voorberei vir die jaarlikse oudit/hersiening deur ons ouditeure
• kennis van trust- en besigheidsboeke van ʼn regspraktyk sal ʼn voordeel wees
• om selfstandig en noukeurig te werk sonder toesig en met nodige pligsbesef en verantwoordelikheidsin
• goeie administratiewe funksies
• betroubaarheid, eerlikheid en stiptelikheid en bereik mikpunte i.t.v tyd en akkuraatheid
• goeie mense-verhoudinge met personeel, kliënte en ander
• personeelsake (salarisse, dissipline, ens.) hanteer en personeel kan monitor en motiveer
• hardwerkend en netheid
• geldige bestuurslisensie, eie motor en selfoon
• deeglike kennis van rekenaars en spesifiek die volgende programme: MS Office, Sage Pastel Partner en Pastel Payroll. Kennis van 'n program soos LEXPRO of soortgelyke program (vir Prokureurs) sal in u guns tel. Anders sal opleiding aan die gekose kandidaat gebied word.
• Kennis van SARS programme (E-filing, UIF, ens.).
• Afrikaans en Engels – vlot lees, skryf en praat
• Geen kriminele rekord of swak kredietrekord

We require the services of a qualified accountant (can start immediately, but at least from January 2021) with the following:

· Tertiary diploma or degree in accounting
· 3+ years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping
· Sound knowledge and insight of all accounting principles up to trial balance level
· Knowledge of trust and business books of a legal practice will be a benefit
· Proven competency in:
- Ms OFFICE (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Pastel and Pastel Payroll
- LEXPRO ACCOUNTING (for Lawyers)
- SARS (e-filing, VAT, UIF, etc.)
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
Further training in Lexpro Legal Accounting will be provided.
