In opening & further to my post of yesterday, Shukran / thank you so much to each & everyone for the prayers, messages, kind words & support received, It is greatly appreciated.
Alhamdulillaah, through the grace & mercy of our Creator, I was unharmed.
Given how the incident occurred however, it was clear that it was not just random, but had some degree of planning involved.... It is a reminder to always remain vigilant of the people we deal with at times as well as your surroundings (& to try to alternate our routines from time to time) .
Given the inconvenience of having to run around to get things sorted yesterday, I did not have an opportunity to respond to most message received, but again, your support & concern is truly valued & appreciated.
To our clients, kindly be advised that my mobile number has been restored, however, should you have sent any WhatsApp communication in the last week or so, kindly resend it / send us a message to make contact with you in th8svregard. We will also endeavour to attend to the backlog of all emails & other communication received since Monday as well as to the rescheduling of any appointments which may have been impacted on during this time.
We are however pleased to confirm that given the systems we have in place to safeguard against these risks, no confidential client information has been compromised. It may however just take a day or so for everything to be fully restored.
My family & I once again sincerely thank everyone for their support & understandinggl-I confirm that I am 100% OK & looking forward to putting this ordeal behind me (whilst taking cognisance of the lessons learned / which may have been intended for me to learn, be it personally, spiritually or professionally).
