We have four people employed at the Firm. We have a general law practice. Our main focus is Civil and Criminal Litigation. Our Attorneys practice in Family Law, Deceased Estate Administration, Conveyancing, Corporate Law, Marine Law, Labour Law, Law of Contract, RAF and Personal Injury claims. We practice in all regional courts, Cape Town, Wynberg, Athlone, Bellville, Goodwood, Parow, Stellenbosch

, Paarl and Atlantis. We have clients as far as Namibia and undertake correspondence work for Law Firms outside the jurisdiction of the Western Cape. We also do our own appearances in the High Court , thus saving our client money.

Our Story

We have six people employed at the Firm in Century City. We have a general law practice. Our main focus is Civil and Criminal Litigation. We have prosecuted matters international in Australia, New Zealand and India. We have a special interest in parental child abduction and Hague Convention matters.

We are looking to expand our practice in George and Kuils River . These centers will be supervised by our associates J P Williams and F Figland. Our associate office in Cape Town, Ebi attorneys focuses on foreign African clients.

We are a 100% Black owned. We have two females and 4 male at our Century City office; two males at our Associate office in Buitenkant Street Cape Towns . Presently we have one person at each of the Kuils River and George offices.
