Dear Entrepreneurs
Your friends are not your core customers...
Yes they can support your hustle, but they can't do it always, they have limitations also.
They have the freedom to buy goods or use services anywhere they like, just like you do.
Everyone has a freedom of choice.
Don't be angry or bitter if people close to you don't buy what you're selling.
You need to establish yourself to a level were you're independent of people surrounding you.
Establish your target markets...
Let people know what you're selling...
Use Facebook ads and other means of promoting your business if possible...
Otherwise business always supported by people you known "only"
- You'll be discouraged, cos they take advantage
- They want credit
- They want long term warranty
- They always come back to you to fix/ammend/maintain/exchange what they bought from you...
- They ask ridiculous questions...
- They question your pricing...
If Friends, family, relatives, colleagues support you business, its a bonus 🍰, but your eyes must not be fixed on them.
You didn't create or start a business for them to buy.....
To be motivated in your business, try to reach people outside your circles also...
- It's good to support each other in our endeavors, but not with full expectations.
Revise your plans always...
Check your goals
Do marketing
Do walks in companies..
Hand out flyers or business cards
Have your contacts ready in your bag,
whenever you're at the till or restuarant introduce your business...
Marketing is way to go ....
