Ever seen (RF) in a company name?
Here’s what it means:

If a company’s name ends with (RF) (Pty) Ltd, the RF stands for Ring-Fenced.

Think of it like a big warning sign: “Special rules apply here!”

Why does this matter?

It means the company’s founding document (called the MOI) has extra conditions that:
⚠️ Stop certain changes to the company rules.
