📢 NOTICE: UPDATED CONVEYANCING FEE TARIFFS – EFFECTIVE 1 JULY 2026

Please note that the revised conveyancing fee tariffs will come into effect on 1 July 2026, in accordance with the updated Legal Practice Council guideline tariffs.

These adjustments apply to professional fees for property transfers and bond registrations and are generally aligned with annual cost and inflationary reviews.

All third-party costs, including Deeds Office fees and municipal charges, remain separate and are not affected by these tariff updates.

Clients entering into property transactions after this date are encouraged to request updated quotations to ensure accurate budgeting.
