A member of staff travels to King William’s Town daily to attend to the lodging and registration of documents in the Deeds Office. This ensures that there is no time lost in the posting of documents and any queries at the Deeds Office can be attended to immediately. The firm has a good working relationship with most of the local Estate Agents and currently finds itself on the conveyancing panels of the following banks: Standard Bank, ABSA Bank, Nedbank, First National Bank, SA Homeloans, Investec Private Bank and Imperial Bank. The firm is the appointed representative for Daimler Chrysler, South Africa and is on the panel of the following insurance companies: Mutual & Federal, Motor Claims Bureau, Allianz, Lion of Africa, AIG and Admiral Underwriters. The firm has a good relationship with the office of the State Attorney, has a number of corporate and business clients, and it’s services are utilised by a number of professional practices particularly in the medical and engineering field.
