Delighted to be invited to adjudicate V Bennett National Moot Court Competition organised by Bennett University. It was an immense pleasure meeting and adjudicating the law students coming from diverse parts of India and witnessing their legal acumen.

Leaving aside the emotions and sentiments of the minorities of our country, such kind of statement from the head of a National Party, shows the weak legal acumen and sheer incompetence of the legal team to speculate whether the statement is against the basic structure of the Constitution of India as held in Keshavananda Bharti v. State of Kerala and S.R. Bommai v. Union of India. It is the same Constitution that has bestowed power to Arvind Kejriwal as the CM of the National Capital.
