CATC was created to support Transaction Coordinators. But the best way for us to do that is simple: listen.

Our 2026 Member Survey is now open and we’d love to hear from you.

This isn’t just about professional development. We want to better understand your experiences, challenges, goals, ambitions, and what support would make the biggest impact in your business and life.

Your feedback helps shape future education, member benefits, community initiatives, events, advocacy, and the direction of CATC as we continue building a stronger profession together.

If you’re a member, check your inbox and please take a few minutes to complete the survey.

Thank you for helping build what comes next.

Some of the best people in this industry are the ones you’ve probably only ever seen in an email signature.

Join us for an evening with fellow California Transaction Coordinators to connect face-to-face, swap stories, share ideas, and spend time with people who understand exactly what happens behind every successful closing.

No presentations. No pressure. No contracts required.

Just good people, great conversations, and a chance to step outside the inbox for a night.

Not all Transaction Coordinators operate at the same standard, and this is exactly why.

The CATC Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice was created to elevate professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and trust within the transaction coordination industry.

This isn’t just about paperwork.

It’s about protecting clients, supporting agents at a higher level, staying current on compliance, and showing up professionally on every single file.

Swipe through to see what CATC members commit to upholding.

A smooth transaction is never “just paperwork.”

Behind every well-managed closing is someone tracking timelines, reviewing details, communicating constantly, solving problems before they become bigger problems, and helping keep everyone on track from contract to close.

That’s what professional Transaction Coordinators do.

CATC members are committed to continuing education, professionalism, compliance knowledge, and raising the standard for TC work across California real estate.

They are licensed, certified, deeply experienced, and actively staying current on forms, timelines, disclosures, and industry changes so agents can operate with more confidence and support.

The transaction matters.
So does who manages it.

Somewhere out there, a TC just saved an agent from sending a contract older than TikTok. Again.

Behind every smooth transaction is a Transaction Coordinator quietly catching the things nobody else noticed:
• outdated forms
• missing signatures
• wrong dates
• compliance issues
• “wait… WHAT version is this?”

The best TCs aren’t just organized.
They’re the last line of defense.

CATC exists because this work matters. And because skilled Transaction Coordinators deserve education, support, and professional recognition for the expertise they bring to every deal. Join us! 💣

There’s been a lot of conversation around the proposed new TC forms from C.A.R. lately… and understandably, a lot of questions too.

What do these changes actually mean for Transaction Coordinators?

How could they impact your workflow, responsibilities, and compliance moving forward?

As your professional association, CATC believes our members deserve real answers — not rumors, confusion, or guesswork.
That’s why we’re bringing in attorney Mark Carlson for a special Members Only Q&A designed specifically for California Transaction Coordinators.

During this session, Mark will:
• Answer your questions about the proposed TC forms
• Share legal and compliance insight relevant to TCs
• Walk through real-world scenarios and considerations
• Provide practical guidance you can actually use in your business

Huge thank you to Thomas & Samantha Jensen with STPro Insurance for sponsoring this important conversation and continuing to support the TC community.

If these proposed changes have been on your mind, this is the conversation you do not want to miss.

Bring your questions.
Come prepared.
Leave confident.

Your CATC membership pays you back. Literally.

For $150/year, members get access to education, mentorship, compliance support, community, resources… and exclusive discounts that can easily offset the cost of membership on their own.

One example?
CATC members receive exclusive savings through our partnership with QuickBooks — including 30% off select tools and services designed to help you run your business more efficiently.

And that’s just one perk.

Because being part of CATC isn’t just about having a logo on your profile. It’s about having real support behind your business:
✔️ California-specific guidance
✔️ A community that actually answers questions
✔️ Mentorship for newer TCs
✔️ Classes, resources, and compliance education
✔️ Industry connections
✔️ Discounts that help keep more money in your pocket

The membership fee is small.
The value behind it really isn’t.

Join CATC and start getting more back from the work you already do.

Foundations matter. And CATC would not be what it is today without the people who helped build it from the very beginning.
Today, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our outgoing founding board members — Dawn, Lauren, and Tina — for the time, care, leadership, and belief they poured into this association from day one.

Building something from the ground up takes vision. It takes patience. And it takes people willing to step forward before there’s a roadmap. Their contributions helped shape CATC into the growing, supportive, education-driven community it is today, and we are incredibly grateful for the impact they’ve made on transaction coordinators across California.
As we celebrate their service, we’re also excited to welcome our new board members and this next chapter for CATC. Fresh ideas, new perspectives, and continued momentum are ahead — all rooted in the same mission of supporting, elevating, and advocating for California Transaction Coordinators.

To Dawn, Lauren, and Tina:
Thank you for helping build the foundation.

And to our new board members:
Welcome! We’re so excited for what’s ahead ✨
