APPLYING FOR VIETNAMESE TEMPORARY RESIDENT CARD FOR FOREIGNERS.
Application file for granting a Vietnamese temporary residence card for foreigner includes:
1./ 01 Written requests for granting Vietnamese temporary residence card (Form N7A), declaration of the information of foreigner (Form N7B) (with 3x4 photo and seal),
2./ Application for stay extension of Vietnamese temporary residence card (Form N5B)
3./ 01 photo size 3 x 4 cm
4./ 01 An authenticated copy or a photo copy of a valid passport, visa (bring the original copy for check) which is still valid at least 06 months.
5./ 01 authenticated copy or photo (bring the original copy for check) of legal documents of enterprise (Investment certificates or certificate of business registration; Seal specimen certificate);
6./ 01 copy of work permit (bring the original copy for check), for the case to have a work permit. The cases are exempt from work permit, it must have evidence showing such cases being exempt from work permit (Certificate of Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Investment certificate or business registration certificate)
7./ Documents showing registration of temporary residence with police station of wards or townships in locality where the foreigner is residing temporary.
8./ Lease agreement,
9./ The case there are company family members, it requires to lodge the evidence of such relationship such as birth certificates, marriage certificate, family books.
* Time processing for granting a Vietnamese temporary residence card: Time limit for granting Vietnamese temporary residence card for foreigner is 7-10 working days from the receipt date of the application files in full.
* Duration of Vietnamese temporary residence card granted:
- Duration of the “TRC” granted should be consistent with the purpose of the temporary residence.
- The “TRC” granted are valid for one to three years and may be considered for renewal or extension. The TRC holder is exempt from entry/exit visa throughout the TRC’s term of validity.
* Fee for granting Vietnamese temporary residence card:
The fee of 1 year duration of temporary residence card is 180 USD, duration from 1 year to 2 years is 210 USD, and duration from 2 years to 3 years is 230 USD.
NOTED: Some case will paying more charging ( pending time by time), currently category visa must have for Business visa. If for tourism will see then.
