❓ Will foreign documents no longer require consular legalization?
👉 Vietnam has officially become a member of the Apostille Convention, which facilitates the use of foreign documents in Vietnam.
This means that, in many cases, public documents may be recognized under a new mechanism instead of going through the consular legalization process as before.
However, not all documents are eligible for application under this Convention.
