𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺:
- A foreigner is a member of a limited liability company with two or more members.
- Foreigner is the owner of a one-member limited liability company (except for an authorized representative).
Foreigners are members of the Board of Directors of a joint-stock company.
- Foreign lawyers have been licensed by the Ministry of Justice to practice law in Vietnam in accordance with the law.
- Foreigners with work permits are working in different types of businesses, representative offices of foreign companies.
- Experts, students, trainees, who are working and studying under the national programs and projects signed between ministries and branches approved by the Government.
- Accompanying relatives include (father, mother, wife, husband, children) of the holder of a temporary residence card or of a Vietnamese citizen.
