We are looking for a Legal Assistant in Hanoi!
Legal Direct Law Firm specializes in legal consultancy in the fields of investment and business, particularly foreign investment projects in Vietnam. We are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Legal Assistant to work in Hanoi.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney.
This individual will implement other job tasks as assigned by the managing partners of the Law firm.
Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.
*Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to lawyers
Handle communication with clients
Locate and develop case's relevant information
Legal research
Other tasks as assigned
*Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in legal assistance
Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
Office skills
Language: Vietnamese (mother tongue), English and/or Chinese
