⚠️⚠️⚠️ Foreigners with Vietnamese spouses who want to apply for a temporary residence card will be granted a temporary residence card for visiting relatives (TT) with a maximum term of 03 years.

- Marriage registration (notarized copy)
- Passport, visa (original)

Thực hiện ý kiến chỉ đạo của Thủ tướng Chính phủ và lãnh đạo Bộ Công an về việc tiếp tục thực hiện “tự động gia hạn tạm trú” cho người nước ngoài bị ảnh hưởng bởi dịch Covid-19 chưa thể xuất cảnh, Cục Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh thông báo:

✅ Người nước ngoài nhập cảnh theo diện miễn thị thực, nhập cảnh bằng thị thực điện tử hoặc thị thực du lịch từ ngày 01/3/2020 đến nay tiếp tục được “tự động gia hạn tạm trú” đến hết ngày 30/12/2020, có thể xuất cảnh trong thời gian trên mà không phải làm thủ tục gia hạn tạm trú.

✅ Trường hợp người nước ngoài nhập cảnh trước ngày 01/3/2020 nếu chứng minh được bị mắc kẹt do dịch Covid-19, được Cơ quan đại diện ngoại giao xác nhận bằng Công hàm (có bản dịch tiếng Việt) hoặc có văn bản xác nhận của cấp có thẩm quyền Việt Nam về việc bị cách ly, điều trị Covid-19 hoặc vì lý do bất khả kháng khác… cũng được xem xét áp dụng “tự động gia hạn tạm trú” đến hết ngày 30/12/2020 (phải xuất trình Công hàm hoặc văn bản xác nhận nêu trên khi xuất cảnh).

✅ Người nước ngoài trong thời gian được “tự động gia hạn tạm trú” phải khai báo tạm trú và khai báo y tế theo quy định.

✅ Người nước ngoài không thuộc trường hợp nêu trên hoặc có các vi phạm pháp luật khác, thực hiện theo quy định hiện hành của pháp luật Việt Nam./.

⚠️ GUIDANCE ON AUTOMATIC VISA EXTENSION FOR FOREIGNERS IN VIETNAM ⚠️

1️⃣ Foreigners who entered Vietnam on visa waiver, e-visa or tourist visa from March 1st, 2020 are entitled to automatic visa extension until October 31st, 2020 and can depart from Vietnam without having to extend their stay permit. For those who entered Vietnam before March 1st, 2020, the same automatic visa extension can be considered, subject to provision of proof that the person was stranded in Vietnam due to COVID-19, accompanied by a diplomatic Note (with Vietnamese translation) from the relevant diplomatic mission, or a written document from the relevant Vietnamese authorities confirming that the person was required to undergo mandatory quarantine or treatment for COVID-19, or advice of other force majeure. The concerned person is required to present the said diplomatic Note or written document on departure from Vietnam.

2️⃣ During the automatic visa extension period, foreigners are required to complete temporary residence and health status declaration.

3️⃣ Those who are not subject to the paragraph 1 of this guidance or those who have breached the laws will be treated according to applicable laws of Vietnam.

🔥🔥🔥CHÍNH THỨC: VIỆT NAM MỞ LẠI CHUYẾN BAY QUỐC TẾ ĐẾN 6 ĐIỂM ĐẾN.

🤝🤝🤝 Phó Thủ tướng, Bộ trưởng Ngoại giao Phạm Bình Minh đã phê duyệt đề xuất của Bộ Giao thông Vận tải về việc tiếp tục các chuyến bay thương mại quốc tế đến sáu điểm đến, Văn phòng Chính phủ công bố vào thứ Ba.

✅ Những điểm đến này là: Quảng Châu (Trung Quốc), Đài Loan, Seoul (Cộng hòa Hàn Quốc), Tokyo (Nhật Bản), Phnom Penh (Campuchia) và Viêng Chăn (Lào).

✅ Xin lưu ý rằng vào thời điểm này, những chuyến bay này dành cho hành khách là người giữ hộ chiếu ngoại giao và chính thức và các thành viên trong gia đình của họ; các chuyên gia, nhà đầu tư, nhà quản lý kinh doanh, công nhân công nghệ cao và gia đình của họ; và người Việt Nam mong muốn trở về nhà.

✅ Số lượng hành khách trên mỗi chuyến bay và các điều kiện nhập cảnh khác sẽ được đồng ý giữa chính phủ Việt Nam và mỗi đối tác, dựa trên nguyên tắc đáp ứng.
