During my pageant journey, I also took the time to help plan our Charlotte Amalie High School Carnival Kick Off as Student Council President, in honor of Mr. Iam, a teacher who truly does it all for our school community. His dedication and hard work deserved to be celebrated.

We began with a vibrant parade featuring different troupes, then transitioned into a food fair and Market Square showcasing cultural talents, and ended the day with an exciting wet fete.

A huge thank you to my amazing team who showed up to every meeting who assistance made this possible, and a very special thanks to Ms. Boyd, our principal, for her continued support. She saw the vision and ensured it was possible.

Keeping our culture alive is my goal, and this is only the beginning. ❤️🎭✨

As I enter my final day as a Carnival Queen contestant, I’m filled with gratitude for this journey and everyone I’ve met along the way. Every challenge has helped shape me, strengthen me, and prepare me for this moment.

I’ve placed everything in God’s hands, trusting fully in the plans He has for me. Isaiah 41:10 has carried me through this journey, reminding me that He is with me, strengthening me every step of the way.

Tomorrow, I step on that stage covered in confidence, faith, and purpose, knowing God’s favor is over my life. 👑✨

Happy Pageantry Day! ✨👑

Today, I celebrate the journey, the growth, and the woman I am becoming. Pageantry has shaped me in ways I never imagined—teaching me strength, confidence, and resilience.

From Miss CAHS in 2025 to standing proudly as a contestant for the 2026 Ambassadorial Carnival Queen, I’ve learned that setbacks are not the end, they are the beginning of something greater.

Grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every moment that brought me here. This is my time. 💫

Busy Easter weekend filled with endless activities and meaningful moments ✨
I kicked things off by attending a Baseball/Softball Clinic as part of community service ⚾️🧢🥎, hosted by my amazing pageant sister Jahniya Williams. As someone new to the sport, I truly appreciated the opportunity to learn the basics and step outside my comfort zone.

Then I wrapped up the weekend at an Easter Sunday Fun Day, simply enjoying the joy and laughter of our youth 🙂 a moment that truly warmed my heart. 🪺👏

UnderstandingTransfer Day in the USVI:

Since today is Transfer Day, do you know what really happened on March 31, 1917? 🇻🇮 It’s the day our islands were transferred from Denmark to the United States, but the story goes much deeper than that…

On March 20th, I had the pleasure of attending “A Night of Storytelling”, at Fort Christian Museum with my fellow contestants. It was a beautiful evening filled with Virgin Islands stories and live performances, especially by Stanley and the Ten Sleepless Knights.

My biggest takeaway: music helps preserve our history. Through songs like “Queen Mary,” we are passing down important stories to the younger generations, keeping our culture alive and meaningful. 🎶🇻🇮

Let us continue to celebrate, protect, and uplift Virgin Islands culture because it is truly the heartbeat of our people. 💛
