Paul Webster KC, co-founder of O’Neal Webster, will join a distinguished panel at BVI Arbitration Week 2026 to discuss “Asset Recovery, Fraud, Restructuring and Insolvency in the Offshore Context: Arbitration’s Role.”

The session will explore how arbitration operates alongside offshore insolvency and restructuring frameworks, including the arbitrability of creditor disputes, enforcement of arbitral awards against insolvent entities, and the use of arbitration to resolve valuation issues within restructurings.

This timely discussion will be particularly relevant for litigators, insolvency practitioners, in-house counsel and dispute specialists working on complex offshore matters involving distressed structures, cross-border enforcement, asset tracing and fraud recovery.
