BREAKING: Donald Trump goes full fascist in a late night meltdown over the Los Angeles protests, calls for “bringing in the troops” right now to use them on American citizens.

And it gets so much worse…

“Jim McDonnell, the highly respected LAPD Chief, just stated that the protesters are getting very much more aggressive, and that he would ‘have to reassess the situation,’ as it pertains to bringing in the troops,” he wrote on Truth Social.

“He should, RIGHT NOW!!! Don’t let these thugs get away with this. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” he added.

The idea of deploying troops to put down protests against the violent, cruel actions of Trump’s ICE agents should horrify every American. The city’s overfunded, overarmed police are already overreacting and instances of brutality are multiplying. Sending in the troops — men and women trained to kill the foreign enemies of the United States — is pouring fuel on the fire and asking for disaster.

“Looking really bad in L.A. BRING IN THE TROOPS!!!” Trump wrote in a followup post, clearly getting animated by the idea of more state violence.

“ARREST THE PEOPLE IN FACE MASKS, NOW!” he added in another post. Trump recently called for the outlawing of masked protests, a blatant violation of the First Amendment. At the same time, he has no problem with his ICE stormtroopers masking themselves in shame as they carry out his authoritarian policies.

Trump has already ordered 2,000 National Guard troops deployed to the city and has threatened to send in the Marines next. There is no limit to how bad things could get if he keeps escalating.
