A fully furnished apartment 2-bedroom apartment for rent, including a suite and a covered parking space, in a recently built modern building in Pocitos, one of the liveliest areas in Montevideo. It is ideal for 2 adults for longer stays, but may accommodate up to 3 or 4 adults for shorter stays. Major features include:

- A reversible office with closets, a desk, wireless telephone and a convertible couch/bed, which may accommodate 1 or 2 persons. Its terrace enjoys a view to the quiet inner courtyard of the block, and it accommodates a washing/drying machine.
- There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, digital vitro-ceramic stove, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, hot water and other appliances required for cooking. Fine wine and champagne service are available.
- Weekly cleaning service, with option for delicious cooking services.
- Air conditioning in the living room, office and bedroom.

- Nearby facilities and services include friendly restaurants, a supermarket, movie theater, squares, beachfront, schools, banks, grocery stores and a major shopping mall. The apartment is located midway between the Carrasco airport and downtown, or 26 km from the airport and only 10 minutes from Plaza Independencia.
- Nearby shopping areas, such as the 21 de Septiembre Street and the Punta Carretas Shopping Center, which is a former penitentiary, are located a few hundred meters away. Recommendations from the owner

- Barbecue - La Otra - Calle Tomas Diago, 758, Pocitos. It's walking distance from the apartment, and one of the favorite Tripadvisor restaurants in town. The meat is good and service is friendly. Finding a table at the sidewalk in peak hours during summer maybe quite a challenge.
- Tintos&Rubias - Calle Pedro Berro, 797, Pocitos. It’s a simple place with a terrace, friendly waiters and wifi. It’s just a few steps away from the apartment.

- Mediterranean cuisine - Da Pentella, Calle Luis de la Torre, 598, Punta Carretas. My favorite restaurant in Montevideo. It has a cozy Italian cantina atmosphere, and the owner is an excellent chef who studied gastronomy in Spain and Italy.

- Italian - Vecchia Fabbrica - Calle Luis Franzini 907, esq. Sarmiento. It's a trattoria open by the chef of Da Pentella, with a charming mezzanine.

- International and fusion – Tandory, Calle Libertad, 2855, Pocitos. It’s a charming restaurant with a few tables and excellent food.

- Francis - Luis de la Torre, 502, Pocitos. One of the top Tripadvisor restaurants located in an old house. Advance booking is recommended.

- Supermarket Disco, at Calle Scoseria, 2628, is located 3 blocks away and is open until 9:30pm. There are also small grocery stores nearby.
