🖤 Dark Gray ( #424242) in the kitchen — adds $1,373
💙 Pale Blue ( ) in the living room — adds $1,723
And what to avoid: red kitchens ( ) can decrease offers by $8,000. Yellow throughout a home ( )? That could cost more than $18,000.
