So excited about the merging of Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors and Hampton Roads Realtor Association. The name change to Coastal Virginia Association of Realtors (CoaVAR) is awaiting approval and anticipating being finalized soon!

Lunch today! I made this beautiful salad! I found some wonderful lettuce that is green house grown and felt it would be safe from the parasite that’s going around.
Crispy greens, roasted cauliflower, Greek olives, avocado, heirloom tomatoes from my garden, radishes, boiled eggs topped with my homemade lemon dressing and Parmesan Crips with everything seasoning for crunch!
On the side I made eggplant mozzarella bites! Sliced eggplant roasted and then fresh mozzarella sliced between 2 eggplant rounds and melted together. It’s like a side of bread without the “ bread”! lol!

What a wonderful show last night at Flat Iron Crossroads! Alman Brothers Tribute Band, Skydog sounded just like them! It brought me back to my youth of happy times long ago with their familiar but unique sound!
