The stats for May are out and despite unattractive rates, sales are up from last year.

While many are waiting for rates to come down, people are still buying. If home prices continue to appreciate 2 - 5 percent every year, sitting out could be costing you thousands.

After being in real estate for almost 6 months now, I’ve learned a lot. I’ve met and interacted with many professional agents, but I’ve also experienced some things that are, well … not so professional to say the least.

If you’ve purchased a home in the past I’d love to know, what is something your real estate agent did that caused you to never use them again, or that built a relationship and loyalty to that agent?

My clients had an inspection yesterday and I was happy to see that home inspection companies are using drones to inspect the roof. This saves money, time, and increases safety.

As a real estate agent looking to add to my skillset, I have owned a drone for years and can use it for home/property photos and videos, as well as a makeshift roof inspection in the absence of a professional.
