Some clients walk into a meeting excited and ready… and others walk in a little apprehensive, unsure if the timing is right. These clients weren’t ready to list their home at first because they didn’t want to feel pressured or forced into settling for “just anything.” And honestly? I respected that.

But when the right new home came along, we had a challenge ahead of us - going under contract before their current home was even on the market. It’s not easy, and it requires strategy and trust.

In just 4 days they prepped their home, we photographed, and went Active. And 3 days later… we were under contract.
