Now, one of the questions we always get is, “When should someone set up a trust?”
And of course, we joke and say, “Five years and one day before you need long-term care.”
People laugh, because the reality is, you cannot predict that. You cannot plan that exact moment.
So the next best answer is tomorrow.

$14,003,896 protected in April. 💙

But honestly, the number is not the most important part.

What matters is how many families finally stopped saying “we really need to do that someday” and actually got their planning done.

Every estate plan this month represents someone who chose to get organized before a crisis hit. Someone who decided their family deserved clarity instead of chaos later on.

We’ve met with parents, grandparents, business owners, caregivers, and couples who all had one thing in common:
They wanted to make life easier for the people they love.
