The York County Clerk of Courts is hosting a Fresh Start community outreach event on Sept. 30th and Oct. 1st. This is an opportunity for anyone experiencing hardships due to Cost Contempt Bench Warrants or driver's license suspensions to get assistance in addressing them and possibly resolving them.
