Last week we closed on our latest out of state relocation. Congratulations to our longtime client Gina Mendoza Paez who has made made the move to North Carolina to be near her two boys. For less than what we sold her home for here in Yorba Linda, they purchased an absotuley gorgeous Lakefront 5 bedroom 3,700+ sqft house that sits on over a half-acre.
