Although other agents have advised me to choose a smaller area to focus on, so I don’t have to drive around as much, I like being able to help a wide variety of clients throughout Western Washington with their varied real estate needs. Since 1995, I have been serving buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. I’ve had the privilege of working with civil engineers in land development, land surveyors and those in the design process, as well as with builders and designers of new construction and remodels. I also work with folks who are relocating in or out of Western Washington, seniors, and estate properties. I am also Vacasa Certified and have expertise in vacation homes and short-term rentals. My background and skillset make me uniquely qualified to assist with a wide variety of real estate needs and I love putting these to work throughout Puget Sound region.
