Got a nice mention from the Historical Society of Old Yarmouth today! Sometimes we forget the incredible history that took place where we walk now!! The big round stove is gone, but what great piece of Yarmouth's seafaring history!!

"The only sea captain that I knew was Seth Hamblin. Some of them met at father’s store (now the office of Paul Tardiff) and in the back was this big round stove and those sea captains would come in and chew to***co and tell us kids some of the most hair raisin’ tales of what happened on those ships.
