Did you know that almost every decision the Department of Labor and Industries makes only allows for 60 days in order for you to disagree with that decision? Even if that order is wrong, if a protest is not done in writing within 60 days of that order/decision, it will become final and you cannot change it. This is just one example of why it is important that you see an attorney as soon as possible after an injury to make sure your rights are protected. Our office has free consultations as do other workers' compensation attorneys.
