Hi friends 👋
It’s been about a year since I last did a proper introduction, and since then I’ve connected with a lot of new faces on here — so if we haven’t officially met yet, hi! I’m Gabrielle.
I’m a local real estate agent, and over the past year I’ve really found my focus: helping people through big transitions. Especially downsizing — when life changes, priorities shift, and a move feels a lot more emotional than people expect. I love being a steady, calm support during that process.
I also have a huge soft spot for first-time homebuyers. Helping someone stop renting, stop waiting, and realize that owning a home is actually possible is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Those first set of keys moments? My favorite.
A little more about me outside of real estate:
• I work full-time in SNF (Skilled Nursing) billing, particularly assisting patients and their families navigate through the complexities of the Medicaid application process 🤓
• I’m getting married this fall 💍
• I just launched a YouTube channel, where I'll be posting tips/tricks for sellers/buyers/investors
• I have a beagle named Bentley, who is absolutely more like my child than a pet 🐾
• I love hiking, cooking, and watching the Phillies ⚾️
