First day of senior year. The last first day of school.

This morning, he drove off to start his senior year, with a full rainbow over Oley to send him on his way. 🌈

Not sure our hearts are ready for all of these “lasts,” but here we go… Senior Year, Class of 2027! 💙🤍

Let’s talk about the rate you don’t want to give up.

So many homeowners are holding onto those beautiful 2% and 3% mortgage rates and I completely understand why.

But if you’re carrying high-interest credit card debt and making minimum payments month after month, it may be worth looking at the whole picture, not just your mortgage rate.

Sometimes the better question is:

What is ALL of your debt costing you every month?

For some homeowners, using equity to eliminate high-interest debt could create real monthly breathing room even if it means giving up that ultra-low mortgage rate.

It won’t make sense for everyone. But it may be worth running the numbers.

Sometimes protecting the lowest rate isn’t the same as protecting your financial well-being.

Trust your partners to only do what is right and makes sense.

the proof is in the pudding (or in this case, on slide 3!)

in all honesty, there are a lot of great agents around here. but from day one i decided i was going to go against the grain and do things my own way, because i think that’s what locals deserve.

in the end it’s all about holding myself to a higher standard so that clients don’t walk away from me thinking agents will do anything for a commission check or forget me altogether because we never really connected.

i’m not for everyone, and i’m ok with that. i’m for the PA locals who want a real estate experience that feels like a breath of fresh air, so if that’s you, follow along and say hi!

if you would have told 17 year old me, though, that my life would consist of driving around south east pa, showing houses, meeting clients for coffee, and sharing behind the scenes on Instagram, I would have thought you were joking!

It’s also worth knowing: women weren’t the only ones locked out.

Lenders could deny anyone based on race, religion, or ethnicity, regardless of financial qualifications.

All legal grounds for denial... and all reasons entire communities were shut out of building wealth.
