A LITTLE ABOUT ME: My wife, Andrea and I have lived n Berk County for near 30 years and raised our two children in the Fleetwood School District. They have graduated and started their adult lives and our daughter gave us two fantastic gems, two granddaughters, Addison and Ella. Andrea and I moved from Maidencreek in 2005 to Bern Township were we currently reside. I have always had the passion in helping people realize their dreams and I have been doing this through my work in the real estate industry in the late 1980’s early 1990’s, in the post secondary education industry, owner of Berks Technical Institute (BTI) from 1987 - 2000, owner and founder of a custom home building and land development company in Berks County (Horizon Custom Homes, Inc.) from 2002 -2006, commuted to Harrisburg region for 11 last years to serve the residents of Dauphin County in the post secondary education industry, my volunteer service over the years in the Boy Scouts, Optimist Club, YMCA, Maidencreek Township Park and Recreation Board, Berks Home Builder Association, and countless other education focused boards and associations.

REALTOR: I am also returning to my roots serving the residents of Berks County with their real estate buying and selling needs. Using my client/customer first I will customize the level of education, guidance, advice and support to those I represent. This approach will enhance the process of buying or selling and make it enjoyable and not one full of anxiety. If you are a first time home buyer I will provide the intense support by standing next to you throughout the entire process, not simply the house tour and beyond. Selling because you are is a stressed situation, I will help you with all the compassion one deserves to help you get through the tough times. Selling to up-size or downsize, I am there to help on both sides of the transactions so you are not homeless because you sold without having fond a new home or strapped with a double mortgage because you found the new one but did not sell your existing home.

I do not believe the one size fits all is the wrong approach to helping people. I believe getting to know those I am going to help then customize the services I provide without short changing in any area. Listen to those I help is key to a successful relationship.

NEW REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY: In June 2018 I established a investment company, DAS Residential Redevelopment, LLC focused on buying homes in need of TLC / rehab to bring them back to life and have them ready for a family to buy and begin making their own memories that will last a life time.
