Hartman, Valeriano, Magovern and Lutz P.C., a Wyomissing full service law firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle Mayfield to the position of Partner with the firm.
Attorney Mayfield specializes in municipal law, zoning, land use, litigation and code enforcement. Michelle also has extensive experience in land use and development matters focusing on issues relating to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
Ms. Mayfield received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in 1997. Attorney Mayfield previously served as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Reading and currently serves as special counsel for the City of Reading including various boards and the Planning Commission.
In addition to practicing law, she is a frequent presenter on building and property maintenance code enforcement matters across the Commonwealth.
Attorney Mayfield is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania District Court. Additionally, she is admitted to the State Bar of West Virginia and Southern District Court of West Virginia. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Berks County Bar Associations.

Michelle resides in Chester County, Pennsylvania with her daughter, Mckinley.
