I recently reviewed Dr. Marci Rossell’s latest Top Five Economic Insights for the Month, and her message is clear: today’s economy is not moving in one direction for everyone. Instead, we are seeing what she calls a “selective squeeze,” where inflation, energy costs, housing affordability, AI, and global oil prices are impacting industries, households, and markets differently.
