I am so thrilled for our client Trudy. Selling property one has called home for 50 years is not to be taken lightly. A lifetime of memories carries emotional weight that is difficult to put a price on. Empathy, patience, and perseverance are not to be undervalued. At the RE/MAX Pinnacle: The Bridge Team, we don’t transact, we support clients through major life transitions with care and compassion.
If you or someone you know is thinking of buying or selling, reach out. I’d love to show you how different we are.
It isn't every day that we sell a home that our seller called “home” for over 50 years. She took great pride in her home, especially her garden outback, which hosted roses, her favorite flower. Trudy's family has been kind to us over the years, and they kindly reached out to us after she transitioned into living with a family member. We didn’t make the splash onto the market that we had hoped for and while it took a little longer to sell, we kept working at meeting the market at the correct price and ultimately landed a buyer for the home that made things quick and easy. However, selling a home that has been hers for so long is not easy in other ways. Today she celebrates the sale of that home and while we couldn’t soften the blow entirely, we gifted her with a small rose plant that she could keep indoors. Trudy, you did a great job at making many tough decisions throughout this process. Thank you for trusting us to help you sell such a prize possession for all of the memories you created there. May you have peace in the memories that you will always have.
