147 acres in Delaware County sold for over $4.4 million!

Seven tracts, from 2.776 acres up to 100. Every one could sell on its own or as part of any combination a buyer wanted to put together. The bidder on the 2.77-acre tract was bidding against the bidder on the whole farm, at the same time, and the auctioneer kept taking rounds until the highest total won.

17 bids, and a firm close date with no inspection period and no financing contingency.
