🚨 TACO TUESDAY EP. 24 🚨

You’ve probably driven right by this spot… and didn’t even know it 👀🌮

We pulled up to Cali Urban Grill in Worcester — a local spot known for fresh, street-style food with healthy ingredients… and they’re leveling things up 🔥

Chicharrón — crispy, rich, unreal texture.
Birria tacos — cheesy, juicy, perfectly crisp.

But the real surprise…

👀 BIRRIA EMPANADAS 👀
We were the first to try them — crispy shell, loaded with cheese, packed with tender beef, and perfect with the consomé (even if you spill it like I did 😂)

And yeah… we had to finish with churros — soft, caramel-loaded, and worth it.

Also grabbed their mango drink made with fresh mango from Brazil 🇧🇷… unreal.

🚨 TACO TUESDAY EP. 23 🚨

“Burrito?? Nick… I thought this was Taco Tuesday?” 👀🌯

Yeah… we thought the same thing.
But Casa Burrito in Blackstone is supposed to have some of the BEST tacos around… so we had to find out 🌮

Salsa — thick, bold, full of flavor.
Queso — perfect spice, couldn’t stop eating it.

Birria — next level crispy!
Al pastor — that pineapple hits 🔥
Chicharrón — crispy, rich, unreal!

And yeah… we had to try the birria arepa 👀 (no regrets).

Three homemade hot sauces — all heat, all flavor.
Cheesecake chimichanga to finish… elite.

Milford kept telling me I need to come here!

So we pulled up to Taqueria La Estrella to see if it lives up to the hype 👀🌮

And first off…
3 tacos for $10 on Taco Tuesday?? Say less.

Street-style tacos with double tortillas ✅
Radish on the side (you KNOW it’s legit) ✅
Al pastor packed with flavor ✅
Chicken taco might be one of the best I’ve had ✅
Hard shell chorizo held together perfectly ✅
Birria?? Crispy, juicy, unreal.

And yeah… we had to finish with fried cheesecake 🔥

“If you’re in Austin… you HAVE to get breakfast tacos.”

So for my last stop in Texas, I had to try what everyone says are the best at Veracruz All Natural in Austin 👀🌮

El Tradicional + chorizo + avocado…
Crispy potatoes, fresh tortillas, unreal flavor.

And somehow… this was my FIRST breakfast taco ever 🤯

Now I get the hype.
I could easily eat 3 of these.

BEST BIRRIA IN AUSTIN?

I couldn’t leave Texas without finding the best birria tacos in Austin… and I think I found them.

We stopped at Los Galanes and WOW.

Crispy cheesy tortillas.
Perfectly seasoned birria.
Consomé made from 150 chiles… and they remove the fat so you can literally drink it 🤯

The green sauce? 11 ingredients.
The red sauce? Serious heat.

And the quesabirria taco… unreal.

That’s what everyone kept saying… so we had to test it.

We pulled up to Cuantos Tacos in Austin to see if these Mexican street-style tacos really live up to the hype…

And honestly?

They might be the best I’ve ever had. 😂🌮

Brisket.
Beef cheek.
Pork stomach.
Chorizo.
Mushroom adobada.
Carnitas that were unreal.

Six tacos. Zero misses.

Hot sauce? Smokey with the perfect heat.
Flavor level? Dangerous.

People said, “Those aren’t authentic tacos.”

So we rode a DONKEY into Mexico to settle it. 🫏🌮

Short boat ride across the Rio Grande.
Stopped at José Falcón’s Restaurant in Boquillas del Carmen, just across from Big Bend National Park.

Guac? Fresh mashed avocado perfection. 🥑
Salsa? The perfect kick.
Goat tacos? First time ever — like chicken, pulled pork, and duck combined.
Barbacoa? Packed with flavor.
Sopapilla + ice cream? Elite ending.
