It is with a heavy heart that we announce that our beloved co-worker and wonderful friend, Nancy Williams, has passed away due to cancer on August 16th. She worked right up until a few days before she passed, playing down her medical issues, no doubt because of her dedication to her workplace responsibilities. Nancy has been a part of our team for the past 15 years, and has been one of the most loyal and dedicated employees that we have had. Our firm considered Nancy as “family” and with Nancy’s passing, we are reminded just how important we are to each other. Any of our clients and friends who have interacted with or known Nancy understands that she always made sure that everyone was reassured that they were in good standing and was always there to lend a helping hand to Joshua and Bruce and all staff members, as well as clients. She was well known for her multiple charitable endeavors and participation, especially in the Vineland/Millville communities with “her kids,” whether it was assisting with coaching the basketball team, football team, or holiday celebrations that included those most in need in the community.

We will always remember such things as Nancy’s passion for Wawa soft pretzels that she brought in every morning and enjoying a dark roast coffee in the afternoon. She was extremely close with her co-workers including our paralegals, Elaine and Jessica, and would share books and TV series/documentaries that she found interesting. She enjoyed her morning “updates” to get the work day started on a pleasant note. Nancy had a huge heart and a selfless persona. She delighted in sharing stories of how proud she was of her granddaughter, Sydney, and made sure we read the latest articles of her sports achievements. Her creative and customized sense of style and straightforward attitude was exactly what this office needed. Her smile lit up the room. She will be sorely missed and we hope that if you ever had the pleasure of working with Nancy, to please think back as to how she may have helped you in the past, and to think of her family in this time of grieving. May Nancy find the rest and peace she deserves.

Bruce, Josh, and our wonderful staff (without whom we could not be where we are) are proud and humbled to announce that we have been voted “Best of Salem County” (attorneys) for the third year in a row. We will continue to do our best to live up to that distinction. We want to thank everyone who voted for us and we will continue to try to live up to your expectations and support.
