KINGSTON, N.Y. — With renovations now complete, the Kingston City Land Bank announced this week that it is now accepting
registrations for the final two of six homes in its Keystone affordable homeownership program.
The Land Bank said the homes, located at 52 Grand St. and 488 Hasbrouck Ave., were acquired by the Kingston City Land Bank
under the city's new disposition policy in 2023.

The Land Bank said both homes will have a maximum purchase price of $149,995, the most affordable price point it has offered.
The rehabilitation of these homes included structural upgrades and upgrades to plumbing, new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring,
windows, layouts, façade treatments and doors, the Land Bank said. The non-profit added that the homes, which are now fully
electric, also received efficiency upgrades, including insulation, Energy Star windows, Energy Star appliances and high-efficiency
electric mini-split systems for heating/cooling.
"By way of example, we hope to shine a beacon for others to follow this important and necessary work for our community," Mike
Gilliard, executive director of the Kingston City Land Bank, said in a press release. "Thank you to the City of Kingston Common
Council for your vision to award us necessary American Rescue Plan Act stimulus funds for this program, and to the state
Department of Housing and Community Renewal for their Land Bank Initiative Program, without which this important
development would not have been possible."
The renovations were completed by Staatsburg-based minority and women-owned business general contractor Maeda
Construction, Poughkeepsie-based LiscumMcCormack VanVoorhis was the architect and Goldstein Hal provided legal counsel to
the program. RUPCO wil provide homeownership counseling services, the announcement said.
The Kingston City Land Bank completed the rehab and sale of the first four homes under the Keystone Program earlier this year:
