Come one, come all, Realtors if you dare…
There’s a haunted little depot waiting there.
Where ghosts may wander and spirits may roam,
And good company makes the night feel like home.

So grab your costume, your favorite ghoul,
And come raise a glass where the haunted train rolls through.

🎃 Thursday, October 22nd
🚂 5:30–8:30 PM
👻 The Hartmanlaw Train Depot

Come for the haunting… stay for the fun.
The Haunted Depot awaits… 🖤

Survey says?! 📝

A Survey CE class with Jeff McClung is a pretty great way to wrap up the week!
Big thanks to everyone who joined us and to Jeff for sharing his knowledge and leaving us wanting more!

Survey 102? 👀 We’re already working on it!

Throughout October, a portion of every closing’s settlement fee will be donated to Iris Rehabilitation Center, helping support breast cancer survivors right here in our community.

Because sometimes the best thing we can do with our keys is open doors for others. 🫶

Bagels & Business… with a side of Doughnuts & Kerry! 🥯🍩😂

Another great morning with some of our friends! It’s been so fun watching Bagels & Business at Cobb Association of REALTORS grow this past year. We were honored to have the chance to present this morning! 🫶

Yesterday we had Elite Group Georgia Real Estate take over our Rome office for a little CE action! 📚🫶

And we learned something VERY important… you can, in fact, fit 18 people around our conference table!

18 people, a whole bunch of learning, good conversation and somehow everyone still had elbow room. I’m calling that a win!

Thanks for hanging out with us, Elite Group! We loved having y’all!

What an amazing day! 🫶 We got to help build beds with Sleep in Heavenly Peace and NWMAR for children right here in our own community who don’t have one.

Such a fun day with the best people, lots of sawdust, a whole lot of teamwork… and apparently some of us decided shoes were optional.

Knowing these beds are going to kiddos right here in our community makes it even more special. Definitely one of those days that makes your heart happy! ❤️

We are officially in October, and with it comes the start of one of the busiest seasons of the year. 💗

Before the potlucks, parties, shopping and holiday get-togethers begin, we want to spend this month recognizing something that has touched far too many families: Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Throughout October, Hartmanlaw will donate a portion of every closing fee to the Iris Breast Cancer Rehab Center, helping support those navigating life during and after breast cancer.

For something that has impacted so many lives, we want to do more than wear pink. We want to make an impact.

This October, every closing means a little something more. 🎀 🫶
