🎉Congratulations to Attorney Corey Fahnestock who recently got his client's felony charges dismissed at the preliminary hearing.

The client was facing charges for Aggravated Assault and Burglary which are both felonies. If convicted, the client would have been facing many years in prison.

The client was riding in a car with her boyfriend and another couple. Both of the girls fell asleep during the ride and woke up to a commotion. They were parked in front of a house and when they went inside, they found both of the males fighting with an inhabitant of that house. They were later arrested and charged with felony Aggravated Assault and Burglary.

Attorney Fahnestock argued that his client was not involved in the assault and had no prior knowledge of this and that even the victim had admitted that the females were not involved.

The DA offered to dismiss the felony charges and reduce the case to a summary Disorderly Conduct. Based on principle, Attorney Fahnestock argued that even this charge was unjust because his client was not involved in any disorderly behavior.

The DA relented and ultimately the case was dismissed entirely.
