Evaluating Insurance Carriers - The Right Way! A few minutes ago I was shopping for disability insurance...and stumbled across a study from J.D. Power and Associates, that claimed to evaluate customer satisfaction with insurance carriers. http://www.jdpower.com/Autos/ratings/Auto-Insurance-Provider-Ratings. The problem is, the report didn't touch on the issue of how good the carrier is at paying out claims! Moments later I visited the American Association for Justice's web site to see what they had to say.
