We're celebrating a victory this week! A dismissal was finally granted for our client who was wrongfully arrested and charged (despite all tests being negative) for DUI, after being hit in a traffic accident. It's just a shame the City took things so far before admitting their mistake.

Judge Robert Dale approved the motion to dismiss charges against Amanda Houghton on Tuesday, Nov. 29, according to 2nd District Justice Court documents.
