Haber entrado de forma irregular a los Estados Unidos
Permanencia en los Estados Unidos por 10 anos o mas
No haber cometido delitos o faltas graves
No ser una amenaza a la seguridad nacional de los Estados Unidos.

El proceso no contempla subsanar insadmisibilidades permanentes de doble entrada o de Falsa Declaracion de Ciudadania.

Con este Parole in Place se puede hacer un Ajuste de Estatus sin la necesidad de salir y obtener un permiso de trabajo temporal.
