FOX NEWS "This disabled veteran was arrested at Rutgers University after posting anti-Hamas flyers on campus"

Listen to this egregious tale of injustice in my client, George's, own words as captured in a Fox News interview.

We are not going away Rutgers, the facts and the law are on our side and we're just getting started for our client.

Rutgers Law School instilled in me a belief that obtaining justice for clients is the ultimate reward of being an attorney. No matter how grateful I am to Rutgers Law for my legal education, I will not stand by and see the law school I graduated from destroy a fellow GWOT veteran-Rutgers Law School grad simply because his political viewpoint is disfavored. If Rutgers does not want to do the right thing for 1LT (ret.) Maravelias, we'll see Rutgers in court.
-Christopher J. D'Alessandro, Partner - DDP

Rutgers Law School graduate Yiorgos Maravelias was hit with student conduct charges and arrested after he posted anti-Hamas flyers around the Newark campus.

DDP files lawsuit against the County of Essex on behalf of Prosecutor's Detective.

“In order to move law enforcement forward in a progressive manner, officers must feel safe and secure from retaliation when reporting what they reasonably believe to be misconduct, D’Alessandro said.”

Detective Jason Gorto, a member of the Essex County Homicide Task Force, claims in court papers he was targeted for retaliation after reporting issues.

VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT OR ABUSE, YOUR TIME TO SEEK JUSTICE MAY BE RUNNING OUT: In 2019 Governor Murphy signed a law that created a two-year window to bring suits for Sexual Assault and Sexual Abuse even if the statute of limitations had run out. This window of opportunity to file a civil suit, to "sue," is over on November 30, 2021. This means if you wish to bring suit on a matter that falls outside of the normal statute of limitations, it needs to be filed by November 30 this year. Under this window of opportunity even assaults/abuse that happened 20-30 years ago can be pursued. Religious organizations, youth organizations, employers, etc... may be liable if you were sexually assaulted or abused. If you wish to discuss options, give Chris a call at (856) 839-6058. Note all consults are 100% confidential. ATTORNEY ADVERTISING.
