Brett Harris, Business Nonprofit & Technology Attorney, Shareholder on the Wilentz Corporate team, has been appointed to the Attorney Regulatory Board (ARB) by the New Jersey Supreme Court. The newly created ARB follows the Supreme Court’s recent adoption of amendments to Court Rules 1:20-1 et seq., governing attorney regulation and discipline, and 1:20B-4, governing the Disciplinary Oversight Committee. The amendments mainly arise from the Court creating a new process for disbarred attorneys to be readmitted in New Jersey. The ARB is the post-disciplinary tribunal responsible for reviewing petitions for reinstatement from suspension as well as petitions for readmission from disbarment.

Ms. Harris joined the ARB for a two year term which became effective on April 1, 2026. To view the full order establishing the Attorney Regulatory Board, visit: https://www.njcourts.gov/notices/notice-and-order-supreme-court-adopts-amendments-rules-of-court-governing-attorney
