On January 6 2025 all Wise County courts will be closed. My office will most likely also be closed. Clients who have court tomorrow will be notified of their next Court date once we are informed by the clerks.

We tend to follow the wise county courthouse schedule. Due to weather, we will be closed through Thursday Jan 18th 2024. We hope to be able to open on Thursday but that is entirely weather dependent. Stay safe and warm.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Midence Law Firm. We will be on a super limited schedule until January 4, 2021. We will be closed Dec 24, 25, 31 and 1st.

We will be closed July 3-5th next week. We hope everyone has a great and safe Independence day! We will be on limited availability July 1 and 2 as Rita will be off helping out with her new grandbaby! Congrats to the whole family.
