Congratulations to Miranda Tichareva, recipient of the Young Lawyers Division Outstanding Young Lawyer Award

Presented by the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Young Lawyers Division, this award recognizes young attorneys who make a meaningful impact in their practice, their communities, and the profession.

Tichareva, of Nash Law Group in Wisconsin Rapids, has done just that. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2024, she built an immigration law practice from the ground up—expanding access to legal services in rural and central Wisconsin where resources are limited.

Drawing on her own experience as an immigrant, she has taken on complex, high-stakes cases while continuing to grow her skills, including pursuing Spanish-language education to better serve her clients.

Her initiative, work ethic, and commitment to her community reflect the very best of the next generation of lawyers.
